There are rumors, albeit very faint at the moment, that Intel might end up, more or less indirectly, in Musk’s hands. The latter is “quite” close to the U.S. government, and Intel is a crucial U.S. tech company (thanks in part to the work of our Federico Faggin). If this acquisition were to go through, it could lead to an increase in Intel’s stock value.
